The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and I received it in a week. However there was a problem with the 'free' insurance which caused problems and as I had already signed my existing car over I had to buy insurance with no research

I'd advised them, when I checked in online, that I was a Service Plan customer and, presumably that should also be on my records. So it was annoying to be presented with a bill for the service. This is the second time it's happened.

A longer wait than I expected. Exterior of car not cleaned although I had twice requested it. Interior cleaned but not thoroughly .

As they tried their best by giving me the hire car for a couple of days before they could MOT my car, but it should never have happened this way.

First of all Inchcape couldn't fit in the service needed at the end of October. You then cancelled the service twice, 5th December and 14th December. I was then told to go elsewhere, which I did.

It was disappointing to get a call at 4:30pm saying my car couldn't be done the day it was booked but a car was arranged for me for the next day
