All my questions were answered. Simon Allen spent an hour and a half with me making sure I knew everything I needed to know. He even said to pop back in a couple of weeks and he'd go over anything I needed extra help with.

The first time I came to pick up my car, the salesman called me Nick. I felt this was inappropriate especially as there were issues with my car order. The second time, after giving my name twice and spelling it, I was called by my incorrect surname.

Although the job took longer than anticipated, there was no inconvenience because a loan car was provided and delivered to me. Millie, lady who dealt with me, made all the arrangements without any impact to me.
